What you will do

• Lead Agile teams in the delivery of cloud-native data and digital solutions for national security missions.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, manage priorities, and remove blockers to ensure efficient delivery.
• Bridge the gap between program management and technical delivery, aligning stakeholders and engineers.
• Translate complex technical efforts into clear plans and measurable mission outcomes.
• Support the development of scalable data platforms, APIs, and analytics in secure cloud environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT program or technical project delivery.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Technical PM, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) systems and policies.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML initiatives, data platforms, or analytics programs.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or AWS.
• Agile or Scrum certifications such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
