TL;DR

Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master (SAFe): Facilitating agile delivery for federal enterprise cloud platform teams with an accent on SAFe practices, impediment removal, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on promoting predictable delivery, managing team health, and aligning execution with program cadence.

Location: Remote (Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust / suitability determination)

Salary: $135,000 - $145,000

A technology company empowering organizations to deliver scalable digital services, specifically partnering with the Department of Veterans Affairs to modernize digital services for Veterans.

What you will do

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on agile and SAFe practices to foster continuous improvement.
  • Identify and remove impediments while shielding teams from disruption.
  • Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Support PI planning and align team execution to program cadence.
  • Manage hiring, performance reviews, PTO, and overall team development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience facilitating agile delivery for technology teams in a SAFe environment.
  • Proficiency with agile project management tools.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust / suitability determination.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent agile certification.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams.
