What you will do

• Lead and manage concurrent Data, AI, and Mobile Internet Banking projects throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Implement flexible project management methodologies, blending Agile (Scrum) with traditional planning.
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks, including data quality, model performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and senior business stakeholders regarding AI capabilities.
• Manage large project budgets exceeding $1M and oversee resource allocation.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and monitor project KPIs for executive reporting.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of experience managing complex technology projects, specifically in enterprise-scale machine learning or data science.
• Proven experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong functional understanding of the complete AI/ML development lifecycle, including MLOps.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both Agile (Scrum) and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets over $1M and leading geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and security frameworks.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or PSM.
• Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
