What you will do

• Administer infusion therapy to patients within a home setting.
• Perform clinical assessments and communicate patient status to the interdisciplinary team.
• Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes in accordance with physician orders.
• Coordinate medication and supply deliveries to ensure continuous patient care.
• Provide direct teaching and education to patients and caregivers regarding safe drug use.
• Assume responsibility for nursing services during weekends, holidays, and assigned on-call hours.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care or IV therapy.
• Current valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• CPR certification.
• Required clearances: Act 34 Criminal Background, Act 33 Child Abuse, and Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically with Home Infusion Care and IV Therapy.
