RN Registered Nurse (Part-time) - AHN Home Infusion - North Pittsburgh and Surrounding Areas (Territory-Based Travel)

Location: Butler, Pennsylvania, with territory-based travel across North Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.

What you will do

• Deliver safe skilled nursing services and administer infusion therapy in patients' homes.
• Complete clinical assessments, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes according to physician orders.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, referrals, patient status updates, medication deliveries, and supplies.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers about care, medications, and safe drug use.
• Maintain accurate medical records, participate in performance improvement and professional education programs, and support quality initiatives.
• Provide weekend, holiday, and after-hours on-call coverage and emergency visits as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Pennsylvania RN license or current multistate licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact.
• At least one year of acute care or IV experience.
• CPR certification and a valid driver's license with proof of current automobile insurance.
• Act 34 criminal background, Act 33 child abuse, and Act 73 FBI fingerprinting clearances.

• Experience with home infusion care or IV therapy.
