What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Deliver preventive and wellness care, health education, chronic disease management, and urgent visits.
• Practice autonomously at the top of the license within applicable state regulations.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and support improved health outcomes.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent family practice experience in routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
• Full Practice Authority strongly preferred where applicable under state guidelines.
