PRN NP/PA (Primary Care)

Salary: $57.00–$70.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and urgent visits.
• Provide health education and build trusted, lasting relationships with patients.
• Work autonomously while using clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Support a care model focused on health outcomes rather than patient volume and billing.

Requirements

• For Nurse Practitioners: active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• For Physician Associates: active license and current NCCPA board certification.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Federal DEA number is preferred and may be required for full prescribing ability.
• Independent family practice experience with wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
