What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver prevention, wellness, acute care, and chronic disease management.
• Provide health education and build lasting relationships with patients.
• Practice autonomously while using clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Focus on health outcomes rather than patient volume and fee-for-service billing.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing ability.
• Independent family practice experience in routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
