What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the nurse practitioner license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, health education, and chronic disease management.
• Evaluate and treat urgent visits in an independent family practice setting.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients and provide personalized care.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.

Requirements

• Active nurse practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.

Nice to have

• Independent family practice experience.
• Experience with routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits.
