TL;DR

Salary: $243,750 – $350,000 per year (OTE)

What you will do
- Set the vision and strategy for Account Management across a portfolio of large, complex merchant partners.
- Lead and develop a high-performing organization, driving accountability and scalable execution.
- Drive portfolio performance across retention, growth, product adoption, and long-term partnership value.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at strategic merchants to navigate complex business challenges.
- Influence broader commercial strategy through insights gathered from merchant partnerships and market dynamics.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders to deliver business outcomes at scale.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, customer success, or commercial leadership.
- Proven ability to shape strategy and drive measurable business outcomes across large enterprise partnerships.
- Experience influencing organizational strategy and operating models in high-growth or complex environments.
- Strong business judgment and analytical thinking for solving undefined problems with long-term impact.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Must be based in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.
