What you will do

• Act as the primary functional point of contact and SCAYLE expert for partners and clients during complex integration projects.
• Lead workshops to analyze business needs, define requirements, and prepare viable solution options.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop detailed technical concepts and perform hands-on configurations in the SCAYLE backend.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, developer alignment, UAT testing, and Hypercare support.
• Provide expert consulting to partners and support Account Managers with live operational topics.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and experience in technical solution-finding with external stakeholders.
• Proven project management and conceptual skills to guide clients and design systems independently.
• Excellent communication skills for managing and aligning diverse stakeholder groups in intense environments.
• English: Fluent (C1) written and spoken required

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field.
