What you will do

• Own pricing performance for assigned markets to drive revenue and contribution margin growth.
• Develop, optimize, and execute pricing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (revenue, margin) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Translate large datasets into actionable recommendations to support stakeholder decision-making.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to develop pricing tools and AI-supported solutions.
• Act as a key interface for Country and Category Management to align on pricing priorities.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or data-driven commercial roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with R / R Studio is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to work with large datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Must be open to regular onsite collaboration in Cologne, Germany.
• Fluency in English is required.
