What you will do
- Lead site performance optimization using advanced analytics and data-driven insights.
- Monitor traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and heatmaps to analyze website performance.
- Implement A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to enhance user experience.
- Manage tags in Google Tag Manager to ensure data accuracy and reliable collection.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth or product optimization within B2C e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience improving conversion funnels through experimentation and behavior analysis.
- Proficiency with Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL, Grafana, and Hotjar.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms such as AB Tasty, Maxymizer, or Optimizely.
- Must be based in Germany or be open to relocation.
- Ability to work in Agile environments and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
