What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design including discovery, research, information architecture, interaction, and visual design.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and executive-level clients to define product vision and experience strategy.
• Create user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver cohesive and scalable design systems.
• Mentor and guide other designers to raise overall design quality and team capability.
• Translate business objectives and user insights into intuitive, accessible, and impactful product experiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX and product design within digital product environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, from research to visual execution.
• Proven ability to lead design workshops and present confidently to executives.
• Deep understanding of design systems, user-centered design principles, and modern interface standards.
• Experience creating user personas, user journeys, and research-driven design solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and the technical foundations of digital product development.
