What you will do

• Own design strategy and execution, including interaction design and design systems across the platform.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to shape the UX for new and existing applications.
• Conduct direct customer research to understand and optimize complex construction workflows.
• Define the vision for AI capabilities to deliver consistent and delightful user experiences.
• Experiment with new AI tools and processes to accelerate the product development lifecycle.
• Apply a first-principles approach to deliver incremental value to customers quickly.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience at a high-growth software company.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on design goals.
• AI-native approach to work, eager to leverage AI tools to accelerate building.
• Expertise in 0-1 delivery, prototyping, and running design experiments.
