What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas from early concept to final implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define roadmaps and solve complex user problems.
• Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design intent.
• Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops.
• Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure a cohesive platform experience.
• Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of design work.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience designing intuitive web applications.
• Proven track record of shipping complex B2B or SaaS products.
• Strong ability to think in systems, patterns, and interaction design.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship available).
