Salary: $135,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Design complex initiatives from initial discovery through to final delivery.
• Translate user pain points into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct research with property managers, technicians, and residents to ground design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve the internal design system.
• Facilitate design reviews and communicate intent to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner closely with product management and engineering to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital product design experience shipping responsive web applications.
• Experience with B2B or operational software design.
• Strong foundation in interaction and visual design.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work on complex problems, including tradeoffs and outcomes.
• Must be eligible for full-time employment in the United States.
• Ability to maintain 6 hours of daily overlap with Mountain Time Zone.
