What you will do
- Lead 0-1 innovation for the Agents product suite, building new products in uncharted territory.
- Create rapid designs and high-fidelity prototypes to iterate quickly on product ideas.
- Connect directly with customers through research and synthesize usage data to influence product strategy and prioritization.
- Collaborate live with engineers and PMs to define product details and technical specifications.
- Own the design domain and ship features in a high-velocity, remote-first environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing and shipping user-friendly features in technical spaces.
- Proficiency in Figma is strictly required.
- Hands-on curiosity and experience tinkering with AI technologies and models.
- Exceptional visual, UI, and interaction design skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify participating company).
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information in an ambiguous, rapid-growth setting.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B data or marketing products.
- Familiarity with tools like Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code.
