• Manage an individual caseload of employment rights cases.
• Assist on complex employment rights claims under appropriate supervision.
• Handle the full spectrum of case management from inception through to resolution.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 0–2 years PQE.
• Demonstrated experience in handling employment rights claims.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Empathic approach and a passion for client care.
