What you will do

• Provide legal advice and counsel to local management, ER, and HR on employment issues including grievances, dismissals, and contracts
• Manage cross-border projects in EMEA or globally, working with external counsel
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation
• Advise on global mobility and contingent worker matters
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, bonuses, and equity awards
• Handle regulatory issues and manage employment litigation and settlements

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years as a qualified employment lawyer in UK law firm or multinational in-house legal department
• Solid knowledge of UK employment laws
• Fluency in English
• Excellent legal research skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in global and culturally diverse organizations
• Passion for technology and ability to foster partnerships across the company

Nice to have

• Background in banking or regulatory field
• In-house legal experience
• Familiarity with cross-border employment law in EMEA and APAC
