What you will do

• Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of longtail accounts as the primary point of contact for Travel and Spend solutions.
• Balance proactive relationship management with reactive support to anticipate and resolve customer needs.
• Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio to drive expansion, upsell, and retention.
• Guide customers through their journey to maximize the value they derive from the platform.
• Use AI-enabled tools to research accounts, prioritize outreach, and handle customer interactions effectively.

Requirements

• Native or advanced level of German.
• Fluent English.
• Commercial acumen and ability to identify growth signals within accounts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize across a portfolio.
• Must be based in Barcelona (hybrid work: 3 days in-person per week).
