What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Manage complex, long-term sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and coordinating with Legal, Finance, and IT.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to execute strategic account plans.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of key customers and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Deliver value-based selling experiences based on automation and customer behavior data.
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales and retention forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Spain.
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, SaaS sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in English, German, and/or French.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-starter mindset with experience in outbound-based organizations.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to enterprise accounts ($500m+ annual revenue) in retail, finance, SaaS, or marketing agencies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven selling strategies.
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and SEO concepts.
