What you will do

• Plan and execute internal audits according to the annual audit plan.
• Evaluate internal control systems, processes, and procedures.
• Identify and assess risks during the audit process.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with recommendations for management.
• Assess compliance with regulatory requirements including BoL Resolution No. 247, PSD2, and AML.
• Integrate AI tools like Gemini and Claude into daily tasks to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in internal or external audit.
• University degree in finance, economics, mathematics, law, or a related field.
• Knowledge of LT/EU financial regulation (E-Money Directive, PSD2, AML).
• Strong analytical and writing skills in both Lithuanian and English.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into professional workflows.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a bank, audit firm, or other financial institution.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CFSA, ACCA, or IIA Lithuania training.
