What you will do

• Manage and resolve PEP, Sanction, and Adverse Media screening alerts.
• Perform KYC verifications and identity checks for platform users.
• Analyze payment flows to detect money laundering, terrorist financing, and sophisticated fraud schemes.
• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk users, investigating source of funds and wealth.
• Identify patterns in false positives to refine automated monitoring rules and optimize risk tooling.
• Maintain board-ready documentation and audit trails for regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Genuine interest and drive in AML and Compliance.
• English: Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies in documents and maintain strong documentation discipline.
• Capacity to prioritize alerts based on risk scoring, geography, and behavior.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CAMS or ICA.
• Experience in payments, online marketplaces, or fast-scaling companies.
• Familiarity with modern AML tools.
