What you will do

• Hunt for new enterprise leads using cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Research target accounts and tailor outreach strategies for decision-makers.
• Track all activities in the CRM and iterate on messaging for better conversion.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience in cold outreach prospecting.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Experience with tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha.
