is building an AI-powered Procurement Intelligence Platform that connects AI to the physical world of manufacturing.
What you will do
- Own complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from first meeting to contract signature.
- Lead executive demos, workshops, and negotiations with C-level decision-makers in large industrial enterprises.
- Develop account strategies for large industrial groups and expand across divisions and plants.
- Build business cases that clearly quantify ROI, savings, and strategic impact for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product and Leadership to refine enterprise sales motions and establish best practices.
- Utilize AI-native tools and custom agents to optimize account research and pipeline management.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing high-value, complex B2B software deals with long cycles (6+ months).
- Experience leading deals with senior and C-level stakeholders in large, layered organizations.
- Ability to sell value over features and translate technical depth into business impact.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or SPICED.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both German and English.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office (> 4 days/week).
