What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality software using .Net, C#, and WPF to meet functional requirements.
• Diagnose, isolate, and implement remedies for system failures caused by software code errors.
• Analyze and design software mechanisms to improve code stability, performance, and reusability.
• Lead code review sessions and provide technical guidance to other engineering resources.
• Conduct unit tests and track problems to ensure adherence to test plans and requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Management and cross-functional teams to meet sprint commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in software design and development.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with .Net, ASP.Net, and C#.
• Experience in WPF and Windows-based applications is a must.
• Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming and Windows programming.
• Deep understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and MySQL.
• Knowledge of XFS and ATM technology.
• Experience with AI development tools like Copilot, Cursor IDE, or Windsurf.
• Familiarity with Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, and NUnit.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
