What you will do

• Act as a trusted business and technology advisor to manufacturing clients throughout their digital transformation journey.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and executive discussions to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and value frameworks to support the adoption of emerging technologies.
• Recommend and shape solutions leveraging Digital Twins, Robotics, Computer Vision, Agentic AI, and Edge Computing.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into implementation roadmaps.
• Guide customers on emerging manufacturing technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial operations, production planning, or manufacturing consulting.
• Experience advising clients on digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Robotics, Computer Vision, Simulation, or Digital Twins.
• Proven ability to facilitate executive workshops and manage senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with Industrial IoT, Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or cloud-based manufacturing solutions.
• Relevant industry, cloud, AI, or manufacturing certifications.
