FP&A Analyst

Location: PH GBS Manila; hybrid setup with day-shift work

What you will do

• Extract and prepare data for financial reporting, forecasts, and simulations.
• Create reporting packs with variance tables and charts.
• Upload monthly forecast data and validate submitted information through control checks.
• Support the local country team with analytical tasks and ad-hoc data requests.
• Identify opportunities for automation and standardization, implement new procedures, and share best practices.
• Maintain process documentation and deliver activities against agreed service levels and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accountancy.
• Knowledge of FP&A, with experience in numerical analysis or reporting preferred.
• Experience with SAP and EDW (Cognos) required.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and accuracy when working with high volumes of financial data.
• Strong analytical, business-acumen, communication, and query-management skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English; willingness to work in a day-shift hybrid setup.
