FP&A Analyst

What you will do

• Extract data for financial reporting and create reporting packs featuring variance tables and charts.
• Prepare forecasts and simulations, including the upload and submission of monthly forecast data.
• Validate and perform control checks on submitted financial data.
• Support local country teams with analytical tasks and ad-hoc data requests.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and standardization.
• Maintain detailed process documentation and share best practices with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience with SAP and EDW (Cognos).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for handling high volumes of financial data accurately.
• Knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup and day shift in Manila.
