What you will do

- Coordinate meetings with clients, brokers, and property managers.
- Maintain organized property files, lease agreements, and transaction records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and property performance summaries.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines (Central Luzon, Central Visayas, or Davao Region)
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in real estate or property management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with real estate software or CRM tools like AppFolio, Yardi, or Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
