What you will do
- Lead by example through direct selling to customers.
- Coach and develop a team of up to 10 Product Sales Executives, overseeing their training and growth.
- Manage team performance to build a best-in-class sales organization.
- Establish and optimize best practices across the entire sales process.
- Take responsibility for team targets, identify growth opportunities, and drive record growth.
- Foster a culture of high performance aligned with company values.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar sales role.
- 1+ years of experience in a management position.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and drive performance within a performance-management culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in other languages.
