What you will do

  • Own the full commercial lifecycle, including renewals, churn forecasting, and expansion strategy for a portfolio of regulated financial institutions.
  • Lead executive business reviews to discuss compliance posture, regulatory risk, and platform value.
  • Identify and drive inbound expansion deals in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Assess account health and risk by analyzing stakeholder signals, ticket patterns, and adoption data.
  • Manage complex escalations and ensure internal teams deliver on client commitments.
  • Translate technical and operational updates into actionable business narratives for clients.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of enterprise compliance technology, including communications and trade surveillance.
  • Understanding of the global financial services regulatory environment and its impact on client demand.
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder account management within complex organizational structures.
  • Proven track record in commercial lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS, including negotiation and retention.
  • Strong operational accountability for escalation management and ticket resolution.
  • Ability to navigate relationships with both executive leadership and practitioner-level teams.
