Salary: PLN 15,000 - 16,600 gross monthly (for Poland)

What you will do

• Manage and optimize mobile campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance data to improve ROAS and scale growth efficiently.
• Set up and troubleshoot attribution using AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Work with SKAN and ATT frameworks to ensure accurate tracking in a privacy-first ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to resolve measurement challenges.
• Run A/B tests on bidding and creatives to enhance campaign results.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in performance marketing or relevant academic exposure.
• Degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with mobile ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads).
• Expertise in analyzing large datasets and solving quantitative problems.
• Solid understanding of mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAN, ATT).
• English: Fluency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or Python.
• Background in computer science or quantitative disciplines.
• Familiarity with automating reports or bid strategies.
• Experience working within a regulated industry.
