What you will do

• Define and execute an integrated growth strategy for the C2C automotive segment in Poland, Portugal, and Romania.
• Drive full-funnel marketing campaigns connecting brand, media, performance, and CRM to increase acquisition and retention.
• Lead the adoption of AI-first workflows to improve marketing efficiency and creative effectiveness.
• Manage large budgets and optimize investment ROI through advanced analytics, MMM, and OKRs.
• Collaborate with central SEO, CRM, Performance, and Product teams to align efforts with commercial goals.
• Conduct competitor analysis and customer research (NPS, focus groups) to increase market share.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in growth marketing with a proven track record in demand and supply growth.
• Experience in marketplaces, classifieds, e-commerce, or large digital consumer brands.
• Proven experience managing marketing strategies across multiple countries or markets.
• Strong proficiency in analytics, MMM, brand equity studies, and ROI measurement.
• Expertise in SEO, CRM, Performance marketing, and Social Media.
• English: C1+ level required for clear narrative creation and stakeholder communication.
