Performance Marketer (B2C)

On The Spot is looking for a to join a B2C startup that builds and grows digital products for different consumer audiences, using its own AI tools to accelerate creative production, campaign testing, and user acquisition.

Responsibilities:
- Run Meta campaigns end-to-end: account setup → targeting → scaling
- Hit ROAS/ROI targets. Control CPA. Watch every funnel stage
- Test daily — creatives, audiences, bids, offers. Kill losers, scale winners
- Set up and own tracking: Pixel, CAPI, GA4
- Find growth: new audiences, new markets, new angles
- Work with Creative, Product, and Analytics to fix the funnel

Requirements:
- 3+ years running Meta ads
- Proven track record managing real budgets and scaling them profitably
- You launch, test, and own outcomes without hand-holding
- Strong on creative testing, audience segmentation, bid strategy, and funnel analysis
- English B2+
