TL;DR

Salary: $1,200 - $1,400 + commission

What you will do

  • Conduct consistent outbound prospecting and lead generation targeting US-based companies.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social selling.
  • Pitch agency offerings by matching prospect needs to scalable products or high-ticket web projects.
  • Manage lead data and pipeline stages within the GoHighLevel CRM.
  • Secure and schedule qualified appointments and pitch meetings for the leadership team.
  • Track and report on daily/weekly outbound KPIs to meet monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience as an appointment setter or BDR.
  • Proven track record working with digital marketing agencies (SEO, web development, SMM).
  • Native-level English proficiency (C2) with neutral verbal and written communication for US corporate clients.
  • Experience navigating the culture and business landscape of the US private B2B market.
  • Ability to work during US Business hours.
  • Strong pipeline management skills utilizing modern CRMs.

  • Direct experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
