What you will do

• Execute outbound calls to welcome new customers and introduce additional products.
• Handle inbound calls to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide guidance for basic billing inquiries and account-related questions.
• Manage daily workflows using Aloware, HelpScout, and CheckoutChamp CRM.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Top-tier English communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn the game of golf to better connect with the target audience.
• PC with at least 4GB RAM, Windows/macOS, and a noise-canceling headset with camera.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) with a backup connection.
• Quiet and professional home office environment.
