What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to support new business, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare, manage, and deliver accurate quotes for hardware, software, subscriptions, and services.
  • Assist with opportunity management, deal tracking, and sales documentation in CRM systems.
  • Work with technology vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and product information.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding quotes, renewals, licensing, and order status.
  • Coordinate with internal Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Prior successful experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in technology support.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • BS Degree in Business or a technology-related field.
  • Experience working with major technology vendors and distributors.
  • Understanding of deal registration, licensing, and subscription-based sales models.
