What you will do
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients via calls and CRM tools.
- Promote financial products and services to high-value clients.
- Apply negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Develop initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Thai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
