TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (HRIS Integrations): Designing and scaling a global ecosystem of HRIS integrations connecting enterprise HR systems with payroll, EOR, and contractor platforms with an accent on data flow design, API behavior, and global compliance. Focus on building scalable technical integration solutions, optimizing workforce data synchronization, and managing complex partner ecosystems.

Location: Must be based in the United States

What you will do

  • Lead integration architecture and data flow design across HRIS, payroll, EOR, and contractor systems for accuracy and scalability.
  • Translate customer and partner requirements into technical specifications, including API behavior, authentication, and data mapping.
  • Prioritize the integration roadmap based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to resolve delivery blockers.
  • Coordinate with external HRIS and payroll partners to ensure successful integration delivery.
  • Define and track product metrics such as adoption, retention, and sync success rates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in technical, API-driven, or platform environments.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Technical proficiency with tools such as Cursor and/or Claude Code to read, debug, and prototype code.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, ADP).
  • Experience with API data models, integration patterns, and distributed systems in production.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global, and asynchronous environments.
