Staff Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end data and integration roadmap to ensure schools send complete data reliably and at scale.
• Manage technical partnerships with CRM vendors and connector partners (e.g., Blackbaud, Salesforce) to extend product coverage.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Partner Success to optimize onboarding and reduce integration friction.
• Build and prototype flows, internal utilities, and AI-enabled data-mapping tools using AI-powered development tools.
• Engage deeply with Advancement Services and IT users to understand CRM data models and system pain points.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 6+ years of Product Management experience owning complex data and integration products in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Deep experience building API/flat-file pipelines and bi-directional syncs, including handling matching and dedup challenges.
• 2+ years of experience managing technical partnerships, joint roadmaps, and vendor release cycles.
• Technical fluency in architecture, security, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, v0) for rapid prototyping and shipping.
