What you will do

• Manage rent collection, owner distributions, and expense tracking using Appfolio.
• Process accounts payable and receivable while reconciling bank statements.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Maintain accurate tenant and owner account records and process lease agreements.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and maintain financial documentation.
• Conduct periodic financial audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• 2-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience, preferably in real estate.
• Extensive proficiency in Appfolio and QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Yardi, Buildium, or Xero.
