What you will do

• Plan production strategically with customer segments, balancing tied-up capital, delivery capacity, and on-time delivery.
• Support new projects through materials management, availability planning, scheduling, and production control.
• Coordinate delivery scenarios and logistics interfaces with business segments and international production sites.
• Act as the central logistics contact for customers, internal departments, and production plants.
• Define, analyze, and monitor logistics KPIs and implement sustainable improvement measures.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, coordinate countermeasures, and escalate critical issues transparently.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification with relevant production-planning experience.
• Extensive international experience in production planning, procurement, and logistics processes.
• In-depth knowledge of materials management and complex operational workflows.
• Very good knowledge and user proficiency in SAP.
• Very good command of German and English.
• Structured, solution-oriented, resilient, assertive, and team-oriented working style with strong communication skills.
