Dynamics Parts Supply - H135 & H145 Responsible

hirify.global develops helicopters and provides aerospace products and services, with the role based in the Customer Support organization at the Donauwörth site.

What you will do

• Oversee spare-parts performance for dynamic elementary components across the H135 and H145 programs.
• Manage stock, backorders, supplier performance, and estimated delivery dates.
• Improve forecast accuracy and worldwide parts management through S&OP capacity planning.
• Identify potential shortages and provide suppliers with clear visibility into demand horizons.
• Give MRO workshops and Front Office teams reliable parts-availability information for activity planning and stock optimization.
• Coordinate as the primary point of contact between Donauwörth, hirify.global Helicopters Technik, hirify.global Helicopters Inc., Kawasaki, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in stock management, inventory optimization, and backorder reduction.
• Experience with supplier performance management and Sales & Operations Planning.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP MM/PP, and data analytics tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in multi-site and international environments.
• Business-fluent English, written and spoken, is required; professional German is highly desirable.
