Specialist for Seal Order Planning (Mechanical Seals)

Location: Eurasburg, Germany; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Act as the central contact for customers and subsidiaries during order processing and schedule coordination.
• Ensure on-time delivery of Dry Gas Seals orders and projects.
• Communicate proactively about delivery status, schedule deviations, and project progress.
• Plan, manage, and monitor assembly orders at customer order level.
• Coordinate assembly lines, test bench planning, and customer acceptance activities, including third-party inspections.
• Prioritize orders and collaborate with procurement, engineering, sales, production, and logistics to optimize manufacturing and assembly planning.

Requirements

• Completed technical degree or technical vocational training, such as industrial mechanic training, with further qualification as a mechanical engineering technician or industrial foreman.
• Experience in technical project management and a strong understanding of technical processes.
• Knowledge of SAP and proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written, are required.
• Independent, structured, conscientious, reliable, resilient, and team-oriented working style with confident professional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with mechanical seals, preferably Dry Gas Seals.
