TL;DR

Manager Deal Desk (Sales): Own the end-to-end execution of complex enterprise deals, building and scaling the Deal Desk function with an accent on deal structuring, pricing, and contract management. Focus on designing scalable processes, leveraging automation and AI, and collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate deal velocity and protect margin.

Location: Remote within the United States, candidates must be based in Eastern or Central Time Zones

What you will do

  • Serve as the trusted deal partner for complex, high-value enterprise opportunities from structuring to contract signature.
  • Design and mature Deal Desk processes, tooling, and playbooks to create scalable and repeatable systems.
  • Optimize tooling stack and leverage automation and AI to improve deal velocity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Revenue Operations to drive alignment and fast decisions.
  • Protect pricing integrity and margin while enabling fast deal approvals and execution.
  • Build sales enablement resources and lay the foundation for a growing Deal Desk team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States within Eastern or Central Time Zones
  • 4-6 years experience in deal desk, sales operations, or related roles with strong judgment and horsepower.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise deal components including pricing, discounting, and legal contracts.
  • Proven ability to drive deals to close under pressure with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with SaaS enterprise complexity and CRM/deal tooling such as Salesforce.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with a sales culture fit.

Nice to have

  • Experience with consumption/usage-based pricing or open-source commercial models.
  • Background in data, analytics, AI, or developer/infrastructure platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ and CLM platforms and approval automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud marketplaces and channel/co-sell deal motions.
  • Experience building or scaling a Deal Desk function.
