What you will do
- Hire, onboard, and manage a high-performing team of SDRs.
- Provide weekly 1:1 coaching and live call reviews to improve conversion rates and professional development.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine Target Account Frameworks and ICP targeting.
- Drive team activities to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline goals.
- Manage team metrics and maintain CRM hygiene using Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
- Coordinate with Account Executives for seamless hand-off of qualified opportunities and territory strategy alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales development leadership or a track record as a top-performing Senior SDR/Team Lead.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven strategic decisions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
- Must be based in or able to work from Sandy, UT according to the -FLEX hybrid model.
