Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 base

What you will do
- Act as the central point of contact for GTM teams on contract types, pricing requests, and RFP responses to reduce deal cycle time.
- Build and maintain pricing and deal models to support new business, renewals, and strategic opportunities.
- Coordinate the review of complex or non-standard deals across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Commercial Strategy.
- Manage end-to-end RFP responses, including requirements analysis, data collection, and submission readiness.
- Oversee contract generation and manage the lifecycle within CLM systems like Ironclad, including version control and approvals.
- Maintain pricing rules, product catalogs, and approval workflows within Salesforce and CPQ tools.
Requirements
- 0–2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Finance, or Deal Desk.
- Working knowledge of a major CRM platform, such as Salesforce.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for building pricing models and analyzing margins.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail in legal and financial documentation.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms like Ironclad or CPQ systems.
- Basic understanding of revenue recognition concepts and common contractual terms.
- Experience in health tech, SaaS, or revenue cycle management (RCM) environments.
