TL;DR

Location: Fully remote within the US

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 base

What you will do

  • Act as the central point of contact for GTM teams on contract types, pricing requests, and RFP responses to reduce deal cycle time.
  • Build and maintain pricing and deal models to support new business, renewals, and strategic opportunities.
  • Coordinate the review of complex or non-standard deals across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Commercial Strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end RFP responses, including requirements analysis, data collection, and submission readiness.
  • Oversee contract generation and manage the lifecycle within CLM systems like Ironclad, including version control and approvals.
  • Maintain pricing rules, product catalogs, and approval workflows within Salesforce and CPQ tools.

Requirements

  • 0–2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Finance, or Deal Desk.
  • Working knowledge of a major CRM platform, such as Salesforce.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for building pricing models and analyzing margins.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail in legal and financial documentation.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms like Ironclad or CPQ systems.
  • Basic understanding of revenue recognition concepts and common contractual terms.
  • Experience in health tech, SaaS, or revenue cycle management (RCM) environments.
