Salary: $125,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Manage the review and approval process for non-standard enterprise deals.
• Own CPQ implementation and administration in partnership with Revenue Operations and Finance.
• Maintain pricing and discount governance standards while partnering with Legal and Finance.
• Manage executed contract repositories and support renewal and expansion workflows.
• Ensure pipeline accuracy and support quarterly close processes.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and improve commercial operations efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or commercial operations within SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise pricing structures and revenue recognition principles.
• Experience administering CPQ systems such as Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or Conga.
• Strong CRM proficiency, specifically with Hubspot.
• Active use of AI tools for workflow automation or commercial operations.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or ML platforms.
• Experience with usage-based pricing models and savings plans.
• Experience working with CLM platforms like Ironclad, Juro, or DocuSign CLM.
