What you will do

  • Design and develop analog and mixed-signal IPs, including LDOs, LED drivers, GPIOs, crystal and RC oscillators, and data converters.
  • Complete IC development activities from circuit design and layout through simulation and physical validation.
  • Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize analog layout implementation.
  • Support product evaluation and characterization with application and validation teams.
  • Collaborate with global design teams to improve design methodologies and engineering efficiency.

Requirements

  • Graduation in 2027 with a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of CMOS analog IC design, device physics, semiconductor processes, analog layout and mixed-signal fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with EDA tools, SPICE simulation and the Cadence design environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin with good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative approach to teamwork.

Nice to have

  • Internship, research or tape-out experience in analog or mixed-signal IC design.
  • Knowledge of low-power design techniques and precision analog circuits.
  • Understanding of silicon validation and laboratory measurement methodologies.
