What you will do
- Own and manage end-to-end financial models for revenue, CAC, LTV, margin, and free cash flow for Germany and AMEA markets.
- Lead monthly re-forecasting, annual planning, and scenario modeling in collaboration with Group FP&A.
- Partner with growth and operations teams to set CAC and payback targets and guide spend allocation to maximize ROI.
- Conduct commercial analysis on pricing, retention, margin, and expansion levers to identify growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards and trackers for key performance metrics to align business decisions.
- Ensure accurate financial operations including reconciliations, cost allocation, and month-end closes.
Requirements
- Location: Based in London with hybrid work setup.
- 6+ years experience in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, or banking in high-growth or tech-enabled businesses.
- Proven experience owning P&L and end-to-end planning processes in complex consumer and operational businesses.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, and cash flow dynamics.
- Highly proficient in Google Sheets and Excel; bonus for SQL, Looker, NetSuite experience.
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to drive smart trade-off decisions.
